Kyani, Product Overview

So the first thing most of us want to know getting introduced to a business opportunity like Kyani is, is it a scam? Because Kyani has been around for a little more of a decade I will say no. Kyani is a multi level marketing company that sells health and nutritional products. The company allows for distributors to make a percentage off of the products and also off of a downline that they recruit. Just like many other multi level marketing companies such as Amway, ItWorks, or Origami Owl, they also offer incentives or bonuses for peak performers.

The Good & the Bad

The Good:

PRO #1 – Great Incentives like the dream car

PRO #2 – health and nutritional products

PRO #3 – Everyone I’ve seen currently enrolled maintains a really positive attitude.

The Bad:

CON #1 – Costs too much to start (need to purchase inventory)

CON #2 – Limited products to sell

CON #3 – Have to recruit people

Who is Kyani For?

  • For anyone looking to start a business in the multi level marketing industry.
  • Anyone interested in selling health or nutritional products.
  • Anyone looking to supplement their income or get into business for themselves.
  • Kyani is more of a direct selling business, so you want to be someone that will enjoy face to face sales.

Kyani Tools & Training

For an additional cost you can receive your own website promoting their products.

Most of your training will come from your upline or the person you brought you on into the company. You will be apart of their downline so it is in their best interest to teach you everything they know about the products and how to market and sell them.

Kyani Support

Again your upline will be your first level of support. They also have an email or phone number you can call for support with your business or general questions.

Kyani Price

You need to purchase one of their starter packs (starting at $95) to become a distributor. Starter and business packs range from $95 to $999.

There are many different sizes and quantities that the products come in, but just so you can get an idea on how much commissions you earn on the products, here are a few:

Retail Price –$140

  • Sunrise 30 oz Bottle

Retail Price –$40

  • Sunset 90 ct

Distributor Price –$32

Retail Price –$40

  • Nitro FX 56 mL

Distributor Price –$56

Retail Price –$62

As you can see there is not much mark up in the products. However, if you try the products and you can see the value, that’s good enough in itself. what is the kyani a scamWe all want to sell people a valuable product that is going to make them feel better and help their situation.

How do you make money with this system? So not only are you going to be earning a percentage on your downline (the people you recruit), but from the products you sell. Ideally, you want to be a consumer of your own products and also have everyone in your downline be a consumer too. Then you can see where the money will start trickling in. The great news about these type of products is that because they are health and nutritional products, people will need to continuously purchase the products on a regular basis. That’s where you begin to earn money residually with the business.

Bonuses

As you grow within the company, Kyani will congratulate your performance and achievements of ranks with bonuses. These bonuses range from $100 – $300 once you achieve the first few ranks and then $5,000 to $1,000,000 when you get to the higher and highest ranks.

They have a couple other bonuses like % of shares and getaway vacations but the one that stands out to me is the Kyani Dream Car Program. If you reach the Sapphire rank and certain amount of volume they will give you monthly bonuses from $500 – $10,000 to help you with purchasing your dream car. I wonder what happens if you drop out though. You might get stuck with a steep car payment.

My Final Opinion of Kyani

Do you really want to know? I think that Kyani has a good compensation plan, great business model, and great incentives. Even though I do not recommend multi level marketing programs, I would say, if you’re into health and nutritional products, give their supplements a try. If you like them and think you would enjoy selling them, then you might want to give it a try. Keep in mind that in these type of businesses there is usually a very low percentage that actually come to earn a full time income off of it. To be specific, less than .5% earn it at Kyani.

You want to do something that you can pour your heart into. Be mindful that when starting and running a business it takes time to elevate. Expect to pour at least a thousand hours into it before you can see an excellent return on your investments, time and monetary. Being passionate about your product and purpose is the key to being successful in any business. I choose to run an online business because there are literally millions of products to choose from that you can sell and be passionate about helping people with.

Tired of Dead End Business Opportunities? Start a Career in Internet Marketing!

The problem with mlm companies is that essentially you become a hustler for their products and recruiting people can become very tiresome. If you do not take kind to rejection, then it definitely is not the business for you. Pick a business with a product(s) you can be passionate about. That way you can love what you do. You know what they say, if you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life!

Do you have a personal experience with Kyani? If so, I would love to hear about your personal experience of the products/service you received. Thanks as always for your feedback. It truly does help others! 🙂

  1. I like your detailed review for kyani and reading about the most important points about the system and what they have to offer.

It is very true that anyone looking into getting involved with MLM’s should be prepared to deal with face to face interaction to sell and make money. As you mentioned, MLM’s are very heavy into recruiting.

    • Yes Travis, very heavy in recruiting! You know, when I tried mlm back when, I tried to just focus on the products, but even the products just seem overpriced. I don’t like anything about them, except for the top 1 %. I like that the company was able to help them get to financial freedom. Maybe, someone even starting now can make it as well. I believe anything you put your heart into and believe in, work hard at it, and stay committed and dedicated to it you can achieve your dreams.

This is with anything. Even with internet marketing. See the difference with internet marketing is you can choose whatever products you’re interested in to promote. This allows you to be successful with it. If you’re promoting what you like, you’ll never get tired of talking to people about it. Also, working online is a pure delight. Learning how to construct a website and traffic and build revenue is simply great! You can do this at Wealthy Affiliate.

      Talk to you later,

  2. Johnathon, how do most people with Kyani promote the products and recruit people in your down line? Is it done mostly by the old conventional physical ways like door to door, promotional house parties, etc, or is it more online these days like using face book, email lists etc? I agree the mark up seems very small to try to generate a living from it.

    • Hi Peter,

Kyani is pretty basic when it comes to promoting their products. You can do it the old conventional way like door to door, or online, or even both. If you do decide to do the Kyani business, I would suggest you do both. The internet is growing at a faster pace than we can imagine. Think about how far we’ve come from 20 years ago. From dial up internet to over 3.2 billion people online today.

Everything is online these days. We have apps, business are using social networks like facebook and twitter, our phones are always connected, and now we have tablets and smart watches. There’s no telling where we’ll go in the next 20. 🙂 Yeah if I was in business with Kyani, I would utilize their website that they provide you with for an extra fee, and also go door to door, or business to business. When you’re in sales, it’s in your best interest to get in front of as many faces as you can.

I choose the internet business because you can sit in the comfort of your own home and work. All your promotions are online. Sure you can do the whole face to face sales, and even advertise locally for local businesses. It’s easy to talk to people when you love what you do. That’s another thing with an online business, you can promote any product(s) you want. When you’re passionate about something, the sky is the limit!

      Thank you,

      Jonathan
